For purchases made in a physical store, the 7-day period begins on the purchase date.

Exclusions

Change-of-mind returns or exchanges are not available for innerwear, swimwear, or altered and personalized products, unless otherwise stated.

These exclusions do not restrict remedies available under applicable law for defective, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed products.

Exchanges are subject to availability. Any price difference will be communicated before the exchange is completed. In-store purchases should be returned to the original store where practicable.
